Vishal Harnal

Vishal leads 500’s investments across Southeast Asia through the 500 Durians Funds. He has invested in over 100 companies in the region in multiple sectors (consumer and enterprise internet; deep tech; consumer retail; blockchain) and is always on the hunt for talented, passionate founders. Vishal is also a Kauffman Fellow and teaches programmes on venture capital at leading global universities. Prior to 500, Vishal was a career litigator specialised in resolving complex and high-stakes international investment disputes.
